Operating Systems
This module will address and compare different versions of Windows and cover the installation of the operating system. Students will learn to troubleshoot Window operating system problems and learn to utilize command line and operating system features and tools. Networking Windows for printer mapping and group sharing will also be covered as well as system restoration. Compare features in OS X and Linux to those in Windows desktop and Windows command prompt. Linux and OS backup utilities will be reviewed as well as tools and Windows counterparts.
