This course dives into the core responsibilities of IT professionals in managing and supporting various operatingsystems. Students will begin by exploring the complex world of IT professionals, understanding the diverse roles andchallenges in the field. The course then focuses on Windows, starting with installation, followed by maintaining thesystem for optimal performance. Students will also learn to troubleshoot both startup issues and post-startup problems,developing critical diagnostic skills.
