Unitech Training Academy is authorized to enroll only residents of the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama for programs offered in a distance education delivery method at this time.
Unitech Training Academy has not made a determination with respect to the licensure or certification prerequisites in any states other than Louisiana, Mississippi, or Alabama. If you plan to pursue licensure or certification in a state other than Louisiana, Mississippi, or Alabama, please review state educational requirements for licensure in that state.
Unitech Training Academy is currently not part of a state authorization reciprocity agreement.

The unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, including unauthorized peer-to-peer file sharing, violates the Copyright Act and may subject you to civil and criminal liabilities. Publishing or Distributing Course Materials
Students may not post, publish, sell, or otherwise publicly distribute course materials without the written permission of the course instructor. Such materials include, but are not limited to, the following: lecture slides, video, or audio recordings, assignments, problem sets, examinations, other students’ work, and answer keys. Students may not make recordings of course material for their own use without written permission of the instructor. Students who sell, post, publish, or distribute course materials without written permission, whether for the purposes of soliciting answers or otherwise, may be subject to disciplinary action.
Professional Licensure Disclosure
Unitech Training Academy’s programs are designed to prepare students to sit for applicable licensure required in the state of Louisiana. If you plan to pursue licensure or certification in a state other than Louisiana, please review state educational requirements for licensure in that state.
Institutions providing distance education are required to identify the programs that lead to licensure and to provide information about licensure requirements for the states in which they are authorized to offer distance education. Please review the information for our licensure programs below to view state specific information relating to licensure.
Pharmacy Technician (Hybrid)
Unitech Training Academy has designed an educational program curriculum in the field of Pharmacy Technician, which if successfully completed is sufficient to meet the licensure and certification requirements for a pharmacy technician license in Louisiana.
Unitech Training Academy has not determined whether its educational program curriculum in the field of Pharmacy Technician, if successfully completed, is sufficient to meet the licensure and certification requirements for a pharmacy technician license in all other states.
This program is only offered in Louisisana in a hybrid mode at this time.
Massage Therapy (Traditional)
Unitech Training Academy has designed an educational program curriculum in the field of Massage Therapy, which if successfully completed is sufficient to meet the licensure and certification requirements for a massage therapy license in Louisiana.
Unitech Training Academy has not determined whether its educational program curriculum in the field of Massage Therapy, if successfully completed, is sufficient to meet the licensure and certification requirements for a massage therapy license in all other states.
This program is only offered in Louisisana in a traditional mode at this time.
State Relocation
Please note that there may be consequences with regard to professional licensure and for Title IV funding eligibility for students who move to other states or territories while completing online programs. For programs leading to professional licensure, students are advised to determine whether their program will satisfy the academic prerequisites for professional licensure in a new state. A change in residency to a state where Unitech Training Academy is not authorized to offer distance education prior to completing the program will result in a student being dropped from the program of study. Students are advised to contact Unitech Training Academy prior to relocation for information on the effects on Title IV funding eligibility.
Complaint Procedure
Each program offered in a distance education delivery mode has a process for, and will make every attempt to resolve, student complaints within its academic and administrative departments at the program level. If an issue cannot be resolved at the program level, students have the right to file a complaint with the Unitech Training Academy Campus President who serves both Lafayette and Online

Unitech Training Academy is also required to provide both current and prospective students with contact information for filing complaints with its appropriate state agency and the accrediting body for handling complaints in a student’s resident state.
